Submit a nomination for an Oral Health HeroDelta Dental of Massachusetts recognizes the importance of the work dentists provide to the health care space and is committed to empowering you with support to do your best work.
We are pleased to introduce our Oral Health Hero Program which recognizes individuals and organizations for their outstanding work in advancing oral health.
Delta Dental of Massachusetts will donate a $5,000 award to a nonprofit of a winner's choice, along with statewide recognition in Delta Dental of Massachusetts's materials.
Please submit a nomination no later than December 4, 2026.

Public Health Programs
Dentists
Dental Hygienists
Oral Health Stakeholders
Nominees must be committed to advancing oral health access in Massachusetts.
Each Hero Will Receive:
$5,000 Donation
to a qualifying nonprofit organization
Commemorative Plaque
highlighting their accomplishments
Recognition
in Delta Dental of Massachusetts’s outreach and communication materials throughout the year.
