To request, update, or manage access to the Employer Online Account, please reach out to your Delta Dental of Massachusetts Account Management team.

Our Employer Online Account offers tools such as Online Enrollment and the ability to view and pay invoices.

Delta Dental offers 2 types of access to our Online Enrollment tool:

• Full Access: For groups that manage all eligibility directly in the Online Enrollment tool.


• View Access: For groups that submit eligibility through electronic files and use the Online Enrollment tool only to view eligibility information.
