- 96% of members were satisfied with the dental care they received.
- 98% were satisfied with their dentist.

- Nine out of ten members indicated they were satisfied with Delta Dental of Massachusetts.
| Delta Dental
of Massachusetts conducts an annual Satisfaction Survey of subscriber households.
The survey and methodology meet standards set by the National Committee of Quality
Assurance (NCQA) for health plans. The survey is mailed by a third party vendor
under Delta Dental cover, to a random sample of subscriber households who have
used a Delta Dental dentist in the past 6 months. In 2003, a total of 835 members
responded. This sample size is statistically sufficient for projecting to our subscriber
populations (margin of error is +/- 4). |
