The DeltaCare Value Plan
Our most affordable plan designed specifically for small, cost-conscious companies with 2 to 24 employees. The DeltaCare Value Plan provides 100% coverage for preventive and diagnostic services, so your employees pay nothing to the dentist at the time of service. Basic restorative and major restorative services are offered at a discounted rate so your employees will have access to these services at lower costs. Each DeltaCare Value Plan member must choose a primary care dentist (PCD) from the DeltaCare network with over 750 dentist access points to manage his or her care.

How the Plan Works
The DeltaCare Value Plan delivers affordable, quality dental care services at great savings. It is a managed care plan, so each DeltaCare Value Plan member will need to choose a primary care dentist (PCD) from our DeltaCare network with over 750 dentist access points. The PCD will coordinate each member's care.
In the event that a member needs specialty care, the PCD will refer him or her to a participating specialist who has agreed to provide services at a lower cost for DeltaCare Value Plan members. And members can easily predict the cost of their dental care because they'll be provided with a patient schedule when they enroll. This schedule lists fees for all covered services, as well as the discounted fees for all other services offered to them through our DeltaCare network.
