How to Participate with Delta Dental of Massachusetts
Delta Dental of Massachusetts welcomes all brokers, consultants and brokerage firms that are interested in selling our dental plans.
The following items will need to be completed and returned to our office:
- A Brokers Agreement.
- A copy of your current Massachusetts Broker's License. This license must be in the name of the person and/or entity that will be paid a commission by Delta Dental of Massachusetts.
